- How do I book a consultation?
- Choose a package on the Packages page and click 'Contact on WhatsApp to Book'. Complete the short enquiry form; we save it securely and open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to Naveen ji. He'll confirm availability and share payment instructions.
- How are payments handled?
- Online checkout is currently disabled. After your slot is proposed on WhatsApp, payment is completed offline via UPI, bank transfer, or cash. Your consultation slot is confirmed once Naveen ji acknowledges receipt on WhatsApp.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Because payment is offline and only collected after a slot is proposed, refund handling is discussed case-by-case on WhatsApp. Rescheduling requests are usually accommodated with reasonable notice.
- How does an online consultation work?
- Consultations happen over phone, video, or WhatsApp call at your agreed slot, in your timezone. For site visits, Naveen ji travels to the property on the confirmed date.
- Do you guarantee outcomes?
- No. Astrology, Vastu, and Tarot guidance is interpretive and advisory. Consultations do not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- In which languages are consultations offered?
- English and Hindi are currently supported.
- Is my information kept confidential?
- Yes. Enquiry details, birth details, questions and consultation notes are treated as sensitive and are visible only to Naveen ji and the administrator.
- Can international clients book?
- Yes. AkshAstro serves clients worldwide, priced in USD, with scheduling in your local timezone. WhatsApp works internationally at no extra cost to you.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Customer accounts are currently disabled. The enquiry form on each package is all you need.
